A fault diagnosis and tolerant control method for aerospace relay with environmental disturbance

The aerospace relay is an important part of the complex electronic systems in large-scale structural components, such as launch vehicle, and its working state determines whether system can work properly. Due to lack high-value samples, complexity system, multiple environment disturbance factors affecting relay, this study, we developed a new fault diagnosis tolerance control framework for based on belief rule base with attribute reliability (BRB-r). In proposed framework, develop model BRB-r analyze monitoring characteristics divide into categories: normal function, defective loss function. Then, provide three respective strategies these states: maintain original input, reconfigure rate, switch relay. We demonstrated performance experiment using JRC-7M test laboratory.
